Before you use

1REMOVE RESIDUE
- Remove any loose paint or powdery residue with a stiff fiber brush under running water or a high pressure water jet.

2TREAT AFFECTED AREAS
- Use Dulux Fungicidal Wash (A980-19260) on mould, lichen, algae or moss.

3ENSURE DRY WALL
- Ensure the wall is dry (Protimeter ≤ 16%) before painting.

4CLEAN SURFACE
- Surface must be clean, dry, and free from defects, dirt, grease or wax.
Recommended Painting System:
Prepare with one (1) coat of Dulux Exterior & Interior Wall Sealer for new or normal surfaces, or one (1) coat of Dulux Weathershield Primer for powdery walls, and overcoat with minimum two (2) coats of Dulux Inspire™ Exterior.
Before you paint
Performance depends on applying 2–3 coats to a sound, properly prepared surface. Below are common defects and solutions.
Problem 1
High-pressure water jetting recommended. Dry, then 1 coat Dulux Weathershield Primer™, followed by 2–3 coats of Dulux Inspire™ Exterior.
Problem 2
High-pressure jet, dry, then 1 coat Dulux Weathershield Primer™, then 2–3 coats of Dulux Inspire™ Exterior.
Problem 3
Remove growth with high-pressure water. Dry, treat with Dulux Fungicidal Wash (A980-19260). Optionally 1 coat Dulux Weathershield Primer, then 2–3 coats of Dulux Inspire™ Exterior.
Problem 4
Ensure thoroughly dry. Apply 1 coat Dulux Exterior & Dulux Interior Wall Sealer or Dulux Weathershield Sealer, then 2–3 coats of Dulux Inspire™ Exterior.
